The Toshiba TLP2761 is a photocoupler featuring a high-output GaAAs infrared LED coupled with integrated high-gain, high-speed photo-detectors. This photocoupler offers energy-saving features with low supply current (1 mA) and low threshold input current (1.6 mA at 125 ), enabling direct microcomputer drive.
