The Toshiba TLP2761 is a photocoupler featuring a high-output GaAAs infrared LED coupled with integrated high-gain, high-speed photo-detectors. Housed in an SO6L package, it is designed for applications requiring high-speed digital interfacing and I/O interfaces, including factory networking and instrumentation. This photocoupler offers energy-saving features with low supply current (1 mA) and low threshold input current (1.6 mA at 125 ), enabling direct microcomputer drive. Its internal Faraday shield provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of 20 kV/s.
