Product Overview

The ICPL-0630/ICPL-0631 are optically coupled gates designed for high-speed digital isolation. They integrate a GaAsP light-emitting diode with a high-gain photo detector, featuring an enable input for strobing. These optocouplers offer dual 3.3V/5V supply voltage compatibility, low power consumption, and high speed (10 MBd typical). They are suitable for applications requiring digital isolation, such as isolated line receivers, computer-peripheral interfaces, microprocessor system interfaces, digital isolation for A/D and D/A conversion, switching power supplies, instrument input/output isolation, and ground loop elimination. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity of up to 10 kV/s, ensuring reliable performance across a wide temperature range of -40C to +85C.
