Product Overview
The ICPL-332J is a highly integrated IGBT/Power MOSFET gate drive optocoupler designed for isolated gate drive applications. It features a 2.5A maximum peak output current, desaturation detection, under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection with hysteresis, and an open-collector isolated fault feedback. The device offers a "soft" IGBT turn-off capability and a high common-mode rejection ratio (CMR). Its wide VCC operating range (15V to 30V) and operating temperature range (-40C to 110C) make it suitable for AC and brushless DC motor drives, industrial inverters, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). The ICPL-332J directly drives IGBTs up to 1200V and 150A or can drive discrete power stages for higher-rated IGBTs.
