Product Overview

The CMT826X series are high-performance six-channel digital isolators utilizing SiO2 insulation technology, supporting isolation voltages up to 5.7kVrms. These isolators facilitate communication between different power domains, preventing noise currents from affecting sensitive local circuits. They offer up to six forward or three backward channels. The CMT826X1 defaults to a high output state and the CMT826X0 to a low output state upon loss of input power or signal. Designed with innovative chip architecture and layout, they achieve high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) with low emissions and robust system-level ESD, EFT, and surge immunity. Available in both wide and narrow SOIC-16 packages.
