The CMT8100/CMT8101 series are highly reliable, bidirectional I2C isolators compatible with AEC-Q100 and UL1577 safety standards. They offer high dielectric withstand voltages (3.75 kVrms, 5 kVrms), low power consumption, high electromagnetic interference (EMI) immunity, and low radiation. With an I2C clock speed of up to 2 MHz and a common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 150 kV/us, these devices provide robust performance. Their wide supply voltage range allows for direct connection to most digital interfaces, enabling seamless level translation and enhanced system reliability and stability through high system-level EMC performance.
