The VO3062 and VO3063 are phototriac driver family devices that integrate a GaAs infrared LED with a monolithic photosensitive zero-crossing triac detector. These optocouplers offer a 600 V blocking voltage, suitable for controlling off-line voltages up to 240 VAC (with a safety factor > 2) and up to 380 V. Key advantages include a high dV/dt immunity of 1500 V/s, zero-crossing detection, and low input trigger current, making them ideal for various applications.
