The Vishay Semiconductors K3020P, K3020PG series are optocouplers featuring a phototriac output optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. Designed for non-zero crossing functionality, these devices enable full-wave AC load control with galvanic and electrical noise isolation. They can directly switch AC loads or drive medium to high power TRIACs.
