The VOM3052 and VOM3053 are phototriacs designed to isolate low-voltage logic from high-voltage AC lines (120 VAC, 240 VAC, and 380 VAC). They are suitable for controlling resistive, inductive, or capacitive loads such as motors, solenoids, high current thyristors/TRIACs, and relays. Key features include high static dV/dt (> 1.5 kV/s), sensitive input trigger current options (5 mA for VOM3053, 10 mA for VOM3052), and a 600 V peak off-state blocking voltage.
