The VOM3052 and VOM3053 are phototriac optocouplers featuring a GaAs IRLED coupled to a photosensitive non-zero crossing TRIAC in a SOP-4 package. Key advantages include high static dV/dt (> 1.5 kV/s) and input sensitivity options of 5 mA (VOM3053) and 10 mA (VOM3052).
