The TCMT110. series optocouplers feature a phototransistor output optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. Encased in a low-profile, half-pitch mini-flat package, these single-channel devices are designed for applications requiring high safety standards due to their fixed input-output distance. They offer low coupling capacitance, a wide operating temperature range, and current transfer ratio (CTR) selected into groups, making them suitable for programmable logic controllers, modems, answering machines, and general applications.
