Product Description
The VOM617A is a phototransistor output optocoupler featuring a GaAs infrared emitting diode coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor. Housed in a 4-pin SOP-4 mini-flat package with a 100 mil lead pitch, it offers high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage. Designed for signal transmission between electrically separated circuits, it operates from -55 C to +110 C. Applications include PLCs, telecommunication, lighting control systems, solar inverters, and AC drives.
