Product Overview
The TCMT410. series are quad-channel optocouplers featuring a phototransistor output optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. These devices come in a low-profile, half-pitch mini-flat package, offering AC isolation test voltage of 3750 VRMS and low coupling capacitance. They are suitable for applications requiring reliable signal isolation and are available with selected current transfer ratio (CTR) groups and a wide ambient temperature range.
