Product Overview
The SFH610A and SFH6106 are high-reliability optocouplers featuring a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage. Designed for signal transmission between electrically separated circuits, these devices utilize a GaAs infrared diode emitter optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. They are available in plastic DIP-4 or SMD packages and are end-stackable with 2.54 mm spacing. Options 6 and 8 provide creepage and clearance distances exceeding 8.0 mm. This version complies with IEC 60950 for reinforced insulation up to 400 VRMS or DC.
