Random Phase Triac Optocoupler UMW MOC3053SM UMW with High Isolation Voltage and Compact DIP Housing
Product Overview
The UMW MOC305x series are random-phase triac-driven optocouplers, designed for efficient AC power control. They feature a GaAs infrared light-emitting diode coupled with a single-crystal silicon random-phase photoelectric bidirectional thyristor. These optocouplers offer a high isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms and are available in a compact DIP housing. They are lead-free, RoHS compliant, and UL approved (UL1577).
