Product Overview
The UMW MOC302x series devices are optocouplers featuring a GaAs infrared light-emitting diode and a single-crystal silicon chip random-phase photoelectric bidirectional thyristor. These optocouplers offer a peak breakdown voltage of 400V and high isolation voltage (VISO=5000 Vrms), operating within a temperature range of -55C to 110C. They meet reinforced insulation standards and are UL approved (UL1577, file No.E547318). Applications include solenoid valve control, ballast, static AC power switches, incandescent lamp dimmers, microprocessor peripheral interfaces, temperature control, and motor control for 115-240VAC systems.
