Product Description
The UMW HCPL-3150 is a 1.0 Amp output current IGBT gate drive optocoupler. It features an AlGaAs LED coupled to a photosensitive integrated circuit via infrared light, enabling it to drive most low-power IGBTs and MOSFETs. This optocoupler is ideal for fast switching drive power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverters and high-performance power systems. It offers a high common mode rejection ratio (35kV/s minimum) and a wide operating VCC range (15V~30V), along with Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis.
