The UMW HCPL-3150 is a 1.0 Amp output current IGBT gate drive optocoupler designed for driving low-power IGBTs and MOSFETs. It utilizes an AlGaAs LED coupled to a photosensitive integrated circuit via infrared light. This optocoupler is ideal for high-performance power systems and motor control inverters, offering fast switching drive capabilities. Key advantages include a high common mode rejection ratio (35kV/s minimum), wide operating VCC range (15V~30V), and Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis.
