Product Description

TLP267J Photocouplers

The TLP267J is a non-zero crossing photo triac, optically coupled to an infrared LED, designed for triac driver applications. It is housed in an SO6 package and meets reinforced insulation class requirements due to its creepage distance, clearance, and internal isolation thickness. The device offers a peak off-state voltage of 600 V, a trigger LED current of 3 mA (max), and an on-state current of 70 mA (max), with an isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms (min). It is suitable for use in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), AC-Output Modules, and Solid-State Relays.
