Product Overview

The Toshiba TLP2345 is a photocoupler featuring a high-output infrared LED coupled with a high-gain, high-speed photo detector in an SO6 package. Designed for efficient operation, it supports a wide power supply voltage range (4.5 V to 30 V) with low supply current (3 mA max) and low threshold input current (1.6 mA max), contributing to energy savings. Its internal Faraday shield provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of 30 kV/s. The TLP2345 offers a buffer output and can be driven directly from a microcomputer. An inverter output version, the TLP2348, is also available.
