The TOSHIBA TLP719 is a photocoupler featuring a GaAAs high-output light-emitting diode and a high-speed detector, housed in a 6-lead SDIP package. It offers a 50% size reduction compared to 8-pin DIPs and meets reinforced insulation class requirements, enabling smaller equipment designs. The integrated Faraday shield provides excellent common mode noise transient immunity, making it suitable for noisy environments. This device is TTL compatible and ideal for digital logic ground isolation, line receivers, microprocessor system interfaces, switching power supply feedback control, and industrial inverters.
