TLP2766F Photocouplers
The Toshiba TLP2766F is a high-speed photocoupler featuring a GaAAs infrared LED and a photo-diode-transistor chip. It is designed for high-speed digital interfacing and factory networking applications, offering operation at up to 125C and on supplies from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The device boasts an internal Faraday shield for excellent common-mode transient immunity (20 kV/s) and is suitable for plasma display panels (PDPs).
