The Toshiba TLP2366 is a high-speed photocoupler featuring a GaAAs infrared LED and a photo IC. It is designed for applications requiring fast digital interfacing and factory networking, offering operation up to 125C and supply voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The TLP2366 is housed in an SO6 package and includes an internal Faraday shield for enhanced common-mode transient immunity (20 kV/s).
