The TLP5701 is a 6-pin SO6L package photocoupler featuring an infrared LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC. It offers guaranteed performance up to 110C and a smaller, thinner footprint compared to 8-pin DIP packages, while complying with international safety standards for reinforced insulation. Its internal noise shield provides a common-mode transient immunity of 20 kV/s, making it ideal for driving small class IGBT and power MOSFETs.
