Product Overview
The TLP2710 is a 5-Mbps low-power photocoupler featuring a GaAAs infrared LED and a Photo IC, housed in a compact SO6L package. It offers a guaranteed isolation voltage of 5 kVrms, compliant with international safety standards for reinforced insulation. Designed for reduced power consumption, it operates with a maximum supply current of 0.3 mA and a supply voltage as low as 2.7 V. The input forward current can be less than 1 mA, enabling direct microcontroller drive. Its internal Faraday shield provides a common-mode transient immunity of 25 kV/s.
