The Toshiba TLP2363 is a photocoupler featuring a high-output infrared LED coupled with integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetectors. Designed for operation up to 105C and on supplies from 2.7 to 5.5 V, it is housed in an SO6 package. This device offers an internal Faraday shield for a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of 20 kV/s and is suitable for applications requiring adherence to IEC 61131-2 Type 1 specifications, such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Factory Automation (FA).
