Product Overview
The Toshiba TLP2745 is a high-output GaAAs infrared LED coupled with a high-gain, high-speed photo detector, housed in a thin SO6L package. It offers guaranteed isolation voltage of 5 kVrms and compliance with international safety standards for reinforced insulation. Designed for energy efficiency, it operates with low supply current (3 mA max) and low threshold input current (1.6 mA max), allowing direct drive from microcomputers. The device features a totem-pole output stage with current sourcing and sinking capabilities and an internal Faraday shield for high common-mode transient immunity (30 kV/s min). An inverter output version, TLP2748, is also available.
