TLP250H, TLP250HF Photocouplers

The TLP250H is a photocoupler in a DIP8 package, integrating a GaAAs infrared LED with a high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC. It offers guaranteed performance up to 125C and features an internal Faraday shield for 40 kV/s common-mode transient immunity. Its totem-pole output can sink and source current, making it ideal for driving IGBT and power MOSFET gates. Applications include industrial inverters, air conditioner inverters, and home appliances.
