Product Overview
The Toshiba TLP2345 is a photocoupler featuring a GaAAs infrared LED and a high-speed, high-gain photo detector. Housed in an SO6 package, it is designed for signal isolation in intelligent power modules, programmable logic controllers, and high-speed digital interfacing for instrumentation and control devices. Its low supply current (3 mA max) and low threshold input current (1.6 mA max) contribute to energy savings and allow direct microcomputer interfacing.
