The Toshiba TLP155E is a photocoupler featuring GaAAs infrared light emitting diodes and integrated high gain, high-speed photodetectors. Housed in an SO6 package, it includes an internal Faraday shield for a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of 15 kV/s. This device is ideal for direct gate driving circuits for IGBTs and power MOSFETs, offering buffer logic with totem pole output.
