TLP5774H Photocouplers
The TLP5774H is a photocoupler featuring an infrared LED and an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector, housed in a compact 6-pin SO6L package. This design offers a 50% reduction in size compared to 8-pin DIP packages and meets reinforced insulation class requirements for international safety standards, enabling smaller equipment designs. It incorporates an internal Faraday shield for a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of 35 kV/s. The TLP5774H is designed for low threshold input current, allowing direct drive from microcomputers without buffers. Its rail-to-rail output ensures stable operation and improved switching performance. Applications include switching power supplies, photovoltaic power conditioning systems, AC servos, compact motor drivers, industrial sewing machines, and industrial inverters.
