Product Overview
The TLP5754H is a photocoupler featuring an infrared LED and a high-gain, high-speed photodetector in a compact 6-pin SO6L package. It offers guaranteed performance up to 125C and is 50% smaller than 8-pin DIP packages, enabling reduced mounting areas in equipment requiring safety standard certification. With an internal Faraday shield, it provides a common-mode transient immunity of 35 kV/s and features rail-to-rail output for stable operation and improved switching performance.
