The TLP5774H is a photocoupler featuring an infrared LED and a high-gain, high-speed photodetector integrated into a compact 6-pin SO6L package. This device offers a 50% size reduction compared to 8-pin DIP packages and meets reinforced insulation class requirements for international safety standards, enabling smaller equipment designs. Its internal Faraday shield provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of 35 kV/s. The TLP5774H operates with a low threshold input current, allowing direct drive from microcomputers without buffers. It also features rail-to-rail output for stable operation and improved switching performance.
