Product Overview
The TLP5754H is a photocoupler featuring an infrared LED and a high-gain, high-speed photodetector in a compact 6-pin SO6L package. It offers guaranteed performance up to 125C, is 50% smaller than 8-pin DIP packages, and meets reinforced insulation class requirements, enabling reduced mounting area in safety-standard-certified equipment. Its internal Faraday shield provides 35 kV/s common-mode transient immunity, and the rail-to-rail output ensures stable operation and improved switching performance.
