Its compact SO6L package provides a smaller footprint compared to 8-pin DIP packages while complying with international safety standards for reinforced insulation. With an internal noise shield, it boasts a common-mode transient immunity of 20 kV/s, making it ideal for driving small class IGBT and power MOSFETs.
