Product Overview
Skyworks' Si864x family of ultra-low-power, quad-channel digital isolators offer superior data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, size, and reliability compared to traditional isolation methods. These CMOS devices maintain stable operating parameters across wide temperature ranges and throughout their service life, simplifying design and ensuring uniform performance. They feature Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity and require only VDD bypass capacitors. Supporting data rates up to 150 Mbps with propagation delays under 10 ns, these isolators include enable inputs for output control and selectable fail-safe modes for default output states during power loss. Available with isolation ratings of 1.0, 2.5, 3.75, and 5 kV, and safety certified by UL, CSA, VDE, and CQC for ratings above 1 kV. Reinforced insulation up to 5 kVRMS is supported in wide-body packages. Automotive Grade options are available, built with automotive-specific manufacturing flows for enhanced robustness and low defectivity.
