Skyworks' Si861x/2x series are ultra-low-power, single and dual-channel digital isolators designed for high-speed operation up to 150 Mbps. These CMOS devices offer significant advantages over legacy isolation technologies in terms of data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, size, and reliability. They feature stable operating parameters across wide temperature ranges and device lifetimes, ensuring consistent performance. With high noise immunity due to Schmitt trigger inputs and minimal external component requirements (only VDD bypass capacitors), these isolators simplify design. They support selectable fail-safe modes and offer various isolation ratings. Safety certifications from UL, CSA, VDE, and CQC are included, with wide-body packages supporting reinforced insulation up to 5 kVRMS. Automotive Grade options are available, manufactured with automotive-specific processes for enhanced robustness.
