The Skyworks Si871x/2x isolators are pin-compatible, single-channel, drop-in replacements for popular optocouplers, offering data rates up to 15 Mbps. These devices leverage Skyworks Solutions' proprietary CMOS isolation technology for low-power and high-speed operation, providing significant performance, reliability, and flexibility advantages over traditional optocouplers. They are resistant to the wear-out effects common in optocouplers, leading to longer service life and higher reliability. Available with or without output enable options, and with Automotive Grade options for specific part numbers, these isolators are built using automotive-specific manufacturing flows to ensure robustness and low defectivity.
