Skyworks' Si8630/31/35 are ultra-low-power, triple-channel digital isolators designed for robust and reliable data isolation. These CMOS devices offer significant advantages over legacy isolation technologies, including superior data rates, reduced propagation delays, lower power consumption, smaller size, and enhanced reliability. They maintain stable operating parameters across wide temperature ranges and throughout their service life, simplifying design and ensuring uniform performance. Key features include Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity, support for data rates up to 150 Mbps, and propagation delays under 10 ns. Options for isolation ratings (2.5, 3.75, and 5 kV) and selectable fail-safe modes provide design flexibility. All devices are safety certified by UL, CSA, VDE, and CQC, with wide-body packages supporting reinforced insulation up to 5 kVRMS. Automotive Grade versions are available, manufactured using automotive-specific flows for enhanced robustness and low defectivity.
