Product Overview

The PS2505-1, -4 and PS2505L-1, -4 series are high isolation voltage AC input response type multi-photocouplers from NEC's NEPOC Series. These devices utilize GaAs light emitting diodes and NPN silicon phototransistors. The PS2505-1 and PS2505-4 are available in plastic Dual In-line Packages (DIP), while the PS2505L-1 and PS2505L-4 are lead-bending (Gull-wing) types for surface mounting. They offer high-speed switching and are suitable for applications requiring isolation, such as power supplies, telephone/FAX equipment, FA/OA equipment, and programmable logic controllers.
