PS8101 1 Mbps HIGH CMR ANALOG OUTPUT TYPE 5-PIN SOP (SO-5) PHOTOCOUPLER

The PS8101 is an optically coupled isolator featuring a GaAlAs LED and a PIN photodiode with a high-speed amplifier transistor on a single chip. Packaged in a plastic SOP for high-density applications, it offers high common mode transient immunity (15 kV/s MIN.), a small SO-5 package, high supply voltage (35 V), high isolation voltage (3750 Vr.m.s.), and high-speed response (tPHL = 0.8 s MAX., tPLH = 1.2 s MAX.). It is a Pb-Free product and is approved by UL, CSA, and DIN EN60747-5-2 (VDE0884 Part2) as an option.
