The PS9821-1 and PS9821-2 are active-low type high-speed photocouplers featuring an AlGaAs light-emitting diode on the input and a photodetector IC with a photodiode and signal processor on the output. Designed for high common mode transient immunity (CMR) and low pulse width distortion, these devices operate at 15 Mbps with a 3.3 V supply. The PS9821-2 is optimized for high-density applications. They offer high-speed performance, high isolation voltage, and open collector output.
