The PS9117A is an optically coupled, high-speed isolator designed for high common mode transient immunity (CMR) and low pulse width distortion. It features an active low type output, a GaAlAs LED on the input, and a photodiode with a signal processing circuit on the output, all on a single chip. Its small SO-5 package and high-speed operation make it suitable for high-density applications.
