The OSI140X series are high-reliability, four-channel digital isolation communication chips designed for robust performance in demanding environments. These devices offer high electromagnetic interference (EMI) immunity and low electromagnetic radiation, making them ideal for applications requiring stable and reliable data transmission. With data rates up to 90 Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 90 kV/s, the OSI140X series ensures high-speed, noise-resistant communication. They feature configurable enable and output default states for minimal power consumption and level shifting capabilities due to their wide input voltage range. Enhanced EMC performance contributes to overall reliability and stability. The OSI140X series is undergoing approvals for UL1577, GB4943.1-2011, IEC60950-1, and VDE V 0844-10, and is also pursuing AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) certification.
