Product Overview
The OSI140X series are high-reliability, four-channel digital isolation communication chips designed for robust performance in demanding environments. These devices offer high electromagnetic interference (EMI) immunity and low electromagnetic radiation, with data transmission rates up to 90 Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 100 kV/s. The OSI140X features configurable enable and output port default states, enabling minimal power consumption and flexible application integration. Its wide input voltage range supports various power domains and facilitates level shifting. Enhanced EMC performance contributes to the chip's reliability and stability. The series is undergoing approval for UL1577, GB4943.1-2011, IEC60950-1, and VDE V 0844-10 safety standards, and is also pursuing AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) certification.
