The OSI140X is a high-reliability, four-channel digital isolation communication chip designed for robust performance in demanding environments. It offers high electromagnetic interference (EMI) immunity and low electromagnetic radiation, with a maximum data transfer rate of 90 Mbps and a common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 90 kV/s.
