It offers high electromagnetic interference (EMI) immunity and low electromagnetic radiation, with a maximum data transfer rate of 90 Mbps and a common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 90 kV/s. The OSI140X features configurable default enable and output states, allowing for minimal power consumption and adaptability across various applications. Its wide input voltage range supports level shifting capabilities, making it suitable for diverse power domain systems. The chip boasts enhanced EMC performance for increased reliability and stability, and is undergoing approvals for UL1577, GB4943.1-2011, IEC60950-1, and VDE V 0844-10, along with AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) certification.
