Product Overview
The OSI140X series is a family of high-reliability, four-channel digital isolation communication chips designed for robust performance in demanding environments. These devices offer high electromagnetic interference (EMI) immunity and low electromagnetic radiation, achieving data transfer rates up to 90 Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 90 kV/s. The OSI140X series supports configurable default states for enable and output ports, enabling minimal power consumption and flexible application integration. With a wide input voltage operating range, these chips facilitate level shifting between different power domains. Enhanced EMC performance contributes to increased reliability and stability. The OSI140X series is undergoing approval for safety certifications including UL1577, GB4943.1-2011, IEC60950-1, and VDE V 0844-10, and is also pursuing AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) certification.
