The MOC305X series are non-zero crossing optoisolators featuring a triac driver output, optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. Designed for high-voltage applications, these devices offer an isolation voltage of 5,000V rms and a high repetitive peak off-state voltage of up to 600V. They are suitable for controlling AC loads and meet reinforced insulation class requirements. Applications include AC motor drives, static power switches, lighting controls, solenoid/valve controls, solid-state relays, and temperature controls.
