Orient OR M611 TP G high speed photoelectric coupler compliant with RoHS REACH and Halogen Free standards
Product Overview
The OR-M6XX is a high-speed photoelectric coupler designed for efficient AC and DC isolation between input and output. It features an AlGaAs light-emitting diode and a high-speed optical detector with a collector open circuit schottky clamp transistor output. Operating within a wide temperature range of -40 to +85, it offers low power consumption, high speed (10MBd typical), and excellent common mode rejection (CMR up to 10 kV/s). The OR-M6XX is compliant with RoHS, REACH, and Halogen-Free standards, and is UL, VDE, and CQC approved.
