The OR-354 is a photocoupler featuring two infrared emitting diodes connected in inverse parallel, optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. Encapsulated in a 4-pin SOP package with a pin pitch of 2.54mm, it offers high input-output isolation voltage (VISO=3,750Vrms), high collector-emitter voltage (VCEO = 35V), and a wide operating temperature range of -55 to 115. It is RoHS compliant.
