Product Description
The QXM303X, QXM304X, QXM306X series devices are optical couplers designed to interface between low-power control logic and AC power devices. They consist of a GaAs infrared light-emitting diode (LED) optically coupled to a single-crystal silicon photo-triac. These devices are suitable for applications requiring high isolation and control of AC loads, such as switching power supplies, intelligent meters, industrial control systems, measuring instruments, office equipment (e.g., copiers), and household appliances (e.g., air conditioners, fans, water heaters).
